Orders are shipped UPS with most deliveries occurring within 1-2 business days. Orders Placed by 4:00 PM EST on a business day are shipped that day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST are shipped the next business day.
Q: What if I place my order at 4:01 pm, is there any way that my order might ship?
A: We can't guarantee it but we will do everything humanly possible to get your important order out. Your order is not only important to you it is critically important to us.
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing Time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Orders placed on a business day before 4 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) are processed and shipped the same day. All other orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Q: If I am in California and place the order at 3:00 pm my time, will my order ship that day?
A: Oh, if only we had a star trek teleporter or Doc Browns Flux Capacitor Delorean! We would LOVE to get that order to you as fast as possible but some things, like the speed of UPS we just do not have influence over. Rest assured your order will be shipping out the very next day. One thought you might consider is to have us ship your ice bags on a timed basis. We will be glad to schedule your Ice Bags Direct products to ship out as frequently as you would like them to arrive.
Shipping time is from the moment when the order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives directly at your door.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. (Holidays includes all National Holidays plus Thanksgiving, December 24th, December 25th, and January 1st)

We ship to street addresses only (sorry, no P.O. Boxes) within the United States.
Q: Do you ship to anywhere in the world?
A: Not right now, but if we become successful enough we might entertain the idea. So, please tell everyone you know who needs ice bags and help us to become that successful.
We stand behind everything we sell. If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.
Q: I have had my ice bags for 25 days and am just now noticing that the blue ink is one side of the bag and the white ink is on the other side of the bag. Can I still return them?
A: By Crickies, YES, you are certainly allowed to return a bag like that, since it is less than 30 days old.
Returning an item:
We are happy to accept returns on stock items for reasons of a faulty product upon receipt. Call us at 1-800-416-4448 or Contact Ice Bags Direct within 30 days of receiving the product and we will begin the return process.
Q: "Ice Bags Direct, the 20 lb drawstring ice bags I order from you don't have any drawstrings. Can I return them?"
A: ABSOLUTELY! Let's get the new ones out to you ASAP. Please go ahead and send the bad ones back to Ice Bags Direct.
Before returning any items, please contact customer service for a return materials authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted, and the carrier will charge the sender the freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days
