Shipping Information

All Orders are shipped UPS With Most Deliveries Occurring Within 1-2 Business Days. Orders Placed By 4:00 PM EST On A Business Day Are Shipped The Same Day. All Other Orders Are Shipped The Next Business Day.

Total Delivery Time for Your Order 

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing Time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. All orders placed on a Business Day before 4pm are processed and shipped the same day. All other orders are processed and shipped on the next Business Day.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. (Holidays includes all National Holidays plus November 25th, December 24th and December 31st)

Please note the Shipping Times are estimates not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping delays can and do occur occasionally that are not within the control of Ice Bags Direct.



Where we ship

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the United States.


We stand behind everything we sell. If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Restocking Charge:

We are happy to accept returns on stock items for reasons of faulty product upon receipt. However, there are expenses such as repacking, inventory adjustment, and account adjustment. We, therefore, must charge a restocking fee of Twenty percent (20 %). Call us at 1-800-416-4448 or E-Mail us for a return authorization number within 30 days to make a return.

Return Materials:

Before returning any items to us, you must first e-mail customer service for a return materials authorization (RMA#) number. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days
